CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS OF KINSHIP

(CHURCH) OF SACRED SPACES & ANCIENTS WISDOM

Preamble & Articles 1-3

PREAMBLE

We declare and establish this constitution to preserve and secure the principles of our faith and to govern the church body (KINSHIP hereafter) in an orderly manner. This constitution will preserve the liberties of each individual Kinship member and the freedom of action of this body in relation to other organizations.

ARTICLE I. NAME

This body shall be known as the Church of Sacred Spaces & Ancients Wisdom (“Kinship”) of Waterbury Center, Vermont. The principal office shall be located at 1615 Sweet Road Waterbury Center, Vermont. This may be changed with a majority of the membership governing body voting in that favor.

ARTICLE II. NON-PROFIT STATUS

The Kinship is organized and shall be operated exclusively for religious, charitable, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended, unless any law shall be repressive in scope and/or nature, that it is our duty to democratically oppose it on the basis of the right of free exercise of religious beliefs and peaceable assembly. The Kinship is formed for any lawful purpose or purposes under the laws of the State of Vermont.

ARTICLE III. PURPOSE

The Kinship promotes a peaceful coexistence strategy for life. The Kinship has been designed to create congregational awareness & align spiritual teachings around the Ancients’ Wisdom from many millennia ago.

ARTICLE IV. STATEMENT OF FAITH & SPIRITUAL DOCTRINE

The Ancient Stoneworks is the inspired works of waves of Archeo-astronomers before us. Their revelations into the workings of the Universe unify many global religious stories of floods and “pre-historic” times of chaos- leveraging the knowledge of the Ancient’s who chiseled into these stones a form of magical storytelling so divine for those that can see with open heart. The Spirit is attained with ceremonial alignment to the Equinox sunset guiding the path (facing due west towards setting sun as ritual on any other day of the year) of a purified soul cleansed on the Sacraments of plants, roots, fungi, and mineral waters as known to our foraging forefathers and whom previously unlocked the Ancients’ Wisdom before us.

Coexistence among all is the primary unifying principle among the Kinship. Any spiritual doctrine reflecting hatred, bigotry or superiority towards others is not welcome content for our members or organizational body to engage with, endorse, or reproduce as worthy of consideration. All publications and interpretations of artifacts / spiritual doctrine will seek to present truth above dogma and will not mask harder symbologies and conversations if subsequent perversions of ancient Kinship symbols- like surveyors stars and Ancients’ pentagrams that may be perceived as occult worship to a modern culture. The Kinship, believes the Archeo-astonomy of previous inhabitants of these Sacred Spaces (our Ancestors) have revealed much from the Great Sky which can unite humans today around our shared existence on this planet, and that will lead us into more peaceful times- that is the basis of our statement of faith. This Kinship is committed, as a body of baptized-by-fire believers in our collective Ancients’ Wisdom- that we are born to share the good news of what comes next- to further guide this planet into collective global healing. The ordinances of the Kinship are: baptism-by-fire-and-water sacrament to honor our Universe (the Whole) and the Certification of Kin to honor each other and the celestial wonders around us that keep us renewed in faith (the Parts).

Further, marriage is a blessing when humans find themselves in a unified concept of what that entails to them as parts of the whole- and where love typically prevails. Accordingly, this Kinships clergy and staff will officiate in ALL unions or marriages, and will its property or resources be used for such purposes regardless of political persuasions or definitions of that union relative to gender, demographics, or other dividing factors and that do not infringe negativity upon the Kinship or others.

ARTICLE V. POLITY AND RELATIONSHIPS

The government of this Kinship is vested in the body of believers who compose it. Persons duly received by the members shall constitute membership. All organizations created and empowered by the Kinship shall report to and be accountable to the Kinship. This Kinship is not subject to the control of any other ecclesiastical body, but it recognizes and sustains the obligations of future mutual counsel and cooperation arrangements among Sacred Spaces membership and ordained clergy.

The Kinship will voluntarily cooperate with and support any Convention of Kinship bodies, provided such cooperation does not conflict with the Kinship’s own best interests.

Article 6

ARTICLE VI. KINSHIP COVENANT

This covenant represents a goal in which the Kinship body should strive to attain. Therefore, having been led, as we believe, by the Spirit of the Ancient Counsel, to receive the teachings of the Stoneworks, and on the profession of our dedication to the truth, and trust in the growth of our Kinship’s faith, with reciprocal discovery in the actual miracles of LIFE ON EARTH and through a Holy Experience- the water of life- as above and so below, and in the presence of this UNIVERSAL TRUTH and in this assembly, most solemnly and joyfully, we enter into covenant with one another and our Universe as one body in shared reverence and joy.

We engage, therefore, by the aid of the Ancient’s Council, to walk together in celebration of the waves of Archeo-astronomers before us, and those that join in over time; to strive for the advancement of this Kinship in knowledge, love, and comfort; to promote its prosperity and spirituality; to sustain its worship, ordinances, discipline, and doctrines; to contribute authentically and regularly in the support of the Sacred Spaces, the expenses of the Kinship operations, the relief of the challenges our Kinship may encounter, and an open space for the public to learn of the Ancient Council and their Stoneworks many millennia back, and the spread of this gospel through all nations without prejudice or righteousness of ego.

We also engage to maintain places to practice life enhancing sacrament and congregational gathering ceremonies and private devotions; to religiously educate our members; to seek the participatory interest of our kindred and acquaintances; to walk with awareness in the world; to be just in our dealings, faithful in our engagements, and exemplary in our actions; to avoid all tattling, backbiting, maligning, gossiping, and excessive anger; to be zealous in our effort to advance the Ancients’ Wisdom and the prophesy of the Stoneworks of Axial Precession.

We further engage to watch over one another in good faith; to remember one another in personal sacramental circles; to aid one another in sickness and distress; to cultivate global stewards of one human race; to be slow to take offense, but always ready for the provocations of evil, holding space for reconciliation, and mindful of the rules of our Sacred Spaces and the Wisdom of the Council of Ancients to secure it without delay.

We, moreover, engage that when we, as members, remove ourselves from this place, we will, as soon as possible, unite with some other Kinship where we can carry out the Spirit of this covenant and the principles of the Ancients.
